Villa CAS is close to the beautiful Hermosa Beach of Santa Teresa. It is ideal for couples and families or group of friends. Our house has an impressive view of the sea and the tropical forest, which surrounds it, in addition to a beautiful infinity pool 3 x 10 m where you can swim and enjoy the view. There is also a large terrace and a lounge area with a sofa and a giant tensioned hammock to relax. A beautiful short path (3 minutes through the jungle) will take you to the beach and the town.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms in the house with AC, the main one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen size bed and two bunk beds. There is also a sofa that converts into a double bed and upstairs two more people can sleep in the living room. A single bed can be accommodated in the main room if necessary.

The Deck is large and lends itself to rest and relaxation or also to social activities around the pool with the family or your group of friends. The pool is also treated with salt and not chlorine, which helps the environment and is also better for your health.
