The stay was perfect!! Really easy checking in and out, communication on point, the flat looked like the pictures show. Great area, nice view, would definetly come back and recommend to stay there :)

Good location just next to the metro. Overwhelming noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep at night. The flat is very small, making it a poor quality/price ratio.

The host didn't contacted me at all since I checked in. When I booked this place, it shows shampoo provided. But I didn't see it, so I texted her, never get response, I found shampoo under kitchen sink with dust eventually. The furniture also very old, the shower head can't stand, you have to hold it. Since the only thing good is the location, near metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. However, very very noisy at night. The house is on 3rd floor, no elevator. The stairs is extremely narrow, first floor is the garbage place, very stinky. If you are not care about location only, don't book it.

Great location halfway between the very heart of the city and bohemian Montmartre. Rue des Martyrs with fruit stalls, bakeries, authentic shops, cafes and restaurants (everything with very reasonable prices) is right around the corner. 3 supermarkets (2 Carrefours and 1 Intermarche) are within 5-minute walk. Sandra who checked us in and out was very punctual, welcoming and helpful. No elevator (so keep in mind walking up to the 3rd floor that can only be a problem with heavy luggage and disabled people), very small (don't be misguided by professional photos), but spacious enough for 2, cosy and well-equipped (except for the hairdryer that tangled my hair a couple of times). Very comfy bed. Washing machine with dryer function is a very clever touch, because there is neither room nor facilities to dry your clothes. Washing powder and dish washing liquid are also provided (which is very convenient). Also sensitive sleepers don't forget earplugs because the street is very noisy especially on Friday and Saturday nights (the locals will party untill 5 a.m. sometimes) and the ambulances' alarms are also extremely loud. The view and the balcony (there are also two chairs, candles and small coffee table - everything for a romantic night outside) are worth it though. Something that clearly can be improved: we were given just one set of towels for 8 nights so we had to wash them a couple of times; the cleaning fee better be included in the apartment price: we were given the choice between paying extra 40€ or cleaning the apartment ourselves. Despite that when we arrived there were minor things that weren't ideally clean: the dish towel had a funny smell, the dishes had traces of grease on them so we had to wash them before they could be used, the boiler had a layer of dust on top. I guess for 40€ you can count on proper cleaning. There is just one frying pan (which happens to be wok-pan) - it's practically impossible to make omelette in that. And the boiler didn't provide enough hot water for two - so we had to adjust our showering schedule (or maybe it is just me using a lot of hot water

This apartment was the perfect base for our trip to Paris! It was very cosy, the size was fine for 2 people. Amazing location! Stephane greeted us at the apartment much earlier than arranged which we really appreciated! I can't recommend this apartment enough.

My friend and I stayed at Anso's apartment during our 10 day visit in Paris. The apartment is very small but very clean and in an excellent location! Very conveniently located by the Metro, Bus Stop, grocery stores and several cafes. If you don't mind sacrificing apartment size for a great location then this is a perfect place to stay. The only problem we had was communication with AnSo we emailed her several time and called her once all the way from Canada prier to our arrival It took her 4 weeks to acknowledge our emails and still didn’t answer our questions as it was our 1st trip to Paris; we had several questions that we had to figure out on our own once we arrived there. The thought of canceling our stay did come to mind as the weeks went by without hearing back from her. Overall it was all about location.

Dont get miss informed by The elevator sign in the discription of the apartment, because there is clearly no elevator.
