House located in Cayeux-sur-mer in a very quiet alley, 200 meters from the beach and the center.
Independent studio (digital code), cozy and functional furnished on the 2nd floor of our house. Shared entrance on the ground floor with us.
Bed 160 sheets provided, sitting area/TV, fully equipped kitchenette, toilet/shower/WC.
The space
We have completely renovated and furnished this 20 m2 studio (as well as a 2-room apartment), on the second floor of our house.
You will be completely autonomous in your studio and on your floor.
This studio apartment has a comfortable 160 cm bed, a wardrobe (with hangers), and a small living area with a TV.
You also have a bathroom with sink/shower/toilet (and hairdryer), a kitchenette equipped with a 1-burner induction cooktop, a microwave/grill, a fridge, a kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker (standard paper filter) and all the dishes you need for cooking.
Upon arrival, the bed will be made. We provide towels and washcloths, hand soap, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper.
We do not prepare breakfast but we offer you, at least for the day of your arrival: coffee/tea/sugar. The first bakery is 200 m from the house. You will also have oil/vinegar/salt/pepper at your disposal.
During your stay, you have the option to park for free in front of the house but be aware that the alley (one-way) is narrow. We will provide you with a list of free parking streets near the house in season. Parking is free everywhere in Cayeux during the winter.
Check-in is from 5 p.m. We can allow you to check in independently because we have a keypad.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, to allow us to prepare for the reception of other guests (Please respect this schedule because delays put us in difficulty in our organization).
For those who enjoy bike rides, kite surfing or wingfoiling, you can store your equipment in our yard and garage.
If you want to take home a small, original souvenir from the Baie de Somme, I will offer you my mini acrylic paintings (Christine)
