The space
A good sized, comfortable room with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table/desk plus tea/coffee making facilities and tv.

There is a sizeable guest lounge close to the bedroom, with views over the garden, a big TV plus DVD player. Small library of DVDs or bring your own.

The bedroom includes a comfy chair and USB points. Free access to wifi.

Feel at home as soon as you arrive with a welcome cuppa and homemade cake.

Continental breakfast is served overlooking the garden or, weather permitting in the garden.

Visitors from all over the globe stay whether for a break from busy lives, for work, plus to see friends and relatives.

Guest access
This is one of two next door bedrooms off a large hall. The other room is larger with views over the back garden and a dressing room. The guest lounge is across the hall. So if you are visiting the area with friends this is a good way to be together, and enjoy a bit of your own space at times.

We'll see you in the large family kitchen for breakfast. Guests are also made welcome round the kitchen table to chat, which is a great way for sorting out plans.

Other things to note
Sarah is a trained chef with Michelin star experience. She gives Thermomix, Aga and lots of other cooking demonstrations, breadmaking as well as knife skills classes plus wine tastings.

Sarah has close links with nearby Janice and Mark who also have high standard a Airbnb accommodation, including a Boutique Oak Barn and a Cute & Cosy Cabin both in their tranquil cottage garden. If you are visiting as a larger group we work together to offer accommodation for up to 4 couples.

There is a interesting woodland walk between Janice and Sarah down to the famous National Trust lakes called Waggonners Wells. You can stop off at Sarah's on the way home to the Barns for brunch or afternoon tea. Janice is a specialist foot health practitioner and is happy for you to see you for an appointment while you are staying in Grayshott.
