Enjoy some peace and quiet on 11 acres in the country. Nestled down a dirt road and a little oasis hidden in the woods. This property has a cute 4 bedroom 3 bath house with full amenities. There are wrap around porches as well as a 1000 square ft carport that are so spacious and great for family gatherings. There is plenty of outdoor space for all to play. There are nature trails to explore and a lake nearby to enjoy. This will be your new favorite family getaway.

The space
There is plenty of room indoors and outdoors for any size group. The house is 1,800 sq ft and it has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It has a large kitchen and living room for cooking, gathering, and hosting. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of room for all with super comfy beds. You can also always bring your tents, sleeping bags, and cots and set up a tent outside and camp under the stars. The kids love to set up a tent and camp outside on the porch as well. With 2000 sq ft of porch and 1000 sq ft carport we have enough porch room all around the house to do whatever you wanted. We have 500 mbps fiber optic internet for all your streaming, gaming, and working needs. Please message us with any questions you may have. ONE NIGHT RENTALS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST!!!

This house is a 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 full bath house with another 2000 sq ft of porch and a 1000 sq ft carport. There is a living room with couches, a futon, a wine bar and an attached kitchen with a kitchen table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, blender etc. I'm sure we have it all you have to do is ask. The master has a king size bed and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed as well. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds in it. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed in it with a set of bunk beds as well. There is also a futon in the living room that folds out to a full size bed.

For safety and liability reasons bon fires ARE NOT permitted on the property however you will find a fire pit with firewood, chairs, and a picnic table near the back porch where you can enjoy a nice little fire and smores. We have a map of all 8 of the trails to make your own adventures and games.

Other things to note
Plenty of outdoor covered spaces which makes it great for relaxing outside.

I have a 2 night minimum to keep the weekends open for weekend renters however i am open to nightly rentals on a case by case basis please just message me and ask if its open for single nights.

Neighbourhood highlights

There is a store and restaurant right around the corner for any last minute needs besides that the closest large town is 25 min away. There is a lake for fishing and boating 15 min away. 10 minutes to anderson and 20 min to madisonville. TAMU stadium is 25 min away.

Gibbons creek reservoir is 15 minutes away and holds state records for fishing. Great place to swim, picnic, kayak, fish,and boat. here is a link to the website.

Lake conroe is 35 min away with access all over the national forest that encompasses a lot of the lake. also lake bryan is about 40 min away and great for families.
