Stunning beach house that is newly built, with brand new furnishings. Located just across the street from Pier Village public parking. Bring your families and friends to make great memories at this prime location. Enjoy pristine beaches, sunrises, boutique shops, fabulous restaurants at the waterfront, & stroll the new boardwalk. Train or Ferry to NYC just 10-20 minutes. Drive or walk to Red Bank, amusements, Sea Bright, Asbury Park, Monmouth Park Racetrack. Please read all rules before booking.
The space
THIS BEACH HOUSE IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED & DISINFECTED FROM INSIDE & OUT. I and my wife are the only ones who cleans this property and are strictly following airbnb enhanced clean protocol to ensure every inch of the space in this property are clean and sanitized.
Welcome to my beach masterpiece that was recently designed and built for a large family vacation or gathering. The house offers 4 bedrooms (two Queen Beds, one Twin Bed, and a Master bed)
The master bedroom offers this beautiful water front view from balcony to take in the ocean breeze.
2.5 bathrooms (2 full size bathroom on 2nd floor, 1 bathroom on 1st floor). Full size kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, marble counters, & large center island. Light and bright open floor plan with great air flow that offers great entertaining space.
Property is right next to Wave Resort. (See map photo)
Fully stocked beach supplies:
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels in house, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own.
Guest access
Guest have access to all areas in the house EXCEPT BASEMENT.
Other things to note
This is a self check in property.
Upon booking, You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided by airbnb through either the house menu or self check in guide by the host. You agree you will not contact the airbnb host before reading the house menu for self check in instructions.
The front of my property can park 3 vehicles.
Free street parking outside the property.
You have to walk 4 steps up to get inside the house.
Trash collections are every Wednesday and Sunday morning, please feel free to leave trash out on Tuesday night and Saturday night for collection.
