Completely refurbished throughout, this Grade II listed two bedroom apartment is at the top of a landmark building on Lymington's historic cobbled Quay Hill next to the Quay.

The interiors have been thoughtfully designed with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The space includes a King sized master bedroom, a bedroom with two singles, new kitchen, cozy lounge with dining table and bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. Free WiFi, Netflix & parking permit

The space
We’ve completely refurbished the apartment to make the most of the character of the building but with everything our guests could want for a comfortable stay.

We think you’ll love the location right in the middle of Lymington’s cobbled Quay Hill, 30 seconds to the Quay and the same to the bottom of Lymington’s Georgian High Street. Experience the best of Lymington with artisan eateries, traditional pubs, fresh sea air and the beautiful New Forest National Park.

The building is one of the oldest by the Quay dating from around 1680 – please be aware there are fairly narrow stairs and low ceiling heights – may not be suitable for the very tall.

The Master bedroom is a great size with a King sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have deep pocket sprung mattresses and high quality Egyptian cotton linen.

The cozy lounge has a sofa with an HD TV, free unlimited WiFi and Netflix. There’s a beautiful reclaimed dining table which is set up for two but can seat four when pulled out and used with the other two stools.

The new kitchen has a gas hob, oven with grill, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster etc. We have a Nespresso coffee machine and supply a few pods to get you started. We love the midnight blue cupboards, brass handles, metro tiles and oak floors.

The large bathroom is a real feature – large walk in shower and a roll top bath. Towels included.

There’s no parking immediately outside but we do provide a long stay parking permit to be used in a number of car parks across Lymington, the closest being The Quay (around one minutes walk) and Cannon Street (around five minutes walk). The permit can also be used for free parking in approximately 30 car parks across the New Forest - great for exploring!

We love to welcome families and have a few things to make it easier - a travel cot & mattress (please bring your own babies bedding), a high chair and kids plates & cutlery. Please note there’s unfortunately no buggy storage area inside.

Inside the apartment we have a guide book including a long list of our favourite places to eat, drink and days out nearby.

Our apartment provides the opportunity of staying in the heart of Lymington with all the conveniences of the historic High Street minutes away. The building is on the cobbled Quay Hill, 30 seconds walk to the boats at the Quay. Parks, coastal walks, a leisure centre and an open air swimming pool are also nearby.

The location gives easy access to the beautiful towns, villages, wildlife and open forest of the New Forest National Park.
