The space
This is a quiet residential building, so no parties allowed. Private chef available to cook a dinner. Private, reserved parking spot available on request in the lot behind the building.

This is a vintage building, built in 1920, with modern updates. These original and updated features include tall ceilings, huge windows, refinished hardwood floors, brick walls, walk in closet, and new kitchen and bathroom. Nice and bright!

We do not have elevators. The apartment is renovated but the hallways are not.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the unit. There are coin operated washer/dryers on site. You also have high speed fiber internet and Roku TV in your unit. You have a FREE, RESERVED parking space behind the building upon request.

Other things to note
Private chef available to cook and serve a special dinner. You would have to contact him for prices. Free parking on request behind the building.

The building is on 14th St between Peachtree St and Piedmont Ave. It is the premiere location in Midtown and, really, the whole City.
