This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Welcome to our home, located in Hunston which is, close to Chichester city centre,1.5 miles away along the canal. Goodwood is only 2.5 miles away and then the many beaches are a short drive (5miles).

The lounges and the kitchen have a very spacious and airy feel about them due to large windows looking out to the garden.

Our home is well looked after and will be a great base for all your local exploring. The garden is ample and well maintained with a range of outdoor seating options.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are well position with the canal immediately behind the house. Walking along the canal will either take you into the city 1.5 miles or Chichester Marina. The house is a short drive to Goodwood as well as the many local beaches. The canal runs canal boat trips into the city and back. Stand Up Paddle boards (SUP) are available to hire from the village bridge at weekends and in the school holidays.

Within the village, there are 2 shops- 1 of which is a post office- as well as a local pub which has log fires and serves great food. A short walk away (1 mile) there is also another great rural pub with a large garden and a refined menu.
