The Cottage on the Arroyo is on the Arroyo Colorado in Arroyo City, Texas. We have rebuilt the Seawall and dock. This is a quiet fishing town with access to the Laguna Madre. This newly remodeled house is a comfortable space. Lights on the pier for fishing at night. Bait stand is real close.

The space
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and one bath. There is a large deck overlooking the Arroyo Colorado. There is a fire extiquisher on the back deck. The cottage has central air and heat. We have installed a UV light to kill any contaminants in the air for your safety. The air conditioner is equipped with an ultraviolet light system to kill germs.
