• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Guests will be charged a small fee for the handling and storage of packages at the resort. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary.
• This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
• The resort is undergoing a renovation project to Tower 3. During this time, the check in desk and other departments will be making modifications to their operations. Signage will be posted. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site during this time. Dates are subject to change.
• The resort will be undergoing a parking lot paving project. During this time, Tower parking availability will be affected. Please adhere to signs and directions. Additionally, noise, dust, odor, and work crew on site may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
