Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This is a unique experience to stay on a boat on dry land! Set amidst acres of quiet countryside on a working stud farm, The Boat has been lovingly restored to a very high standard equipped with everything you need. The private hot tub is totally secluded and is as far away from anyone else as it gets! The Boat is ideally situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer.

Dogs are more than welcome.

If you're looking for a relaxing romantic break then this is the place!

The space
The Boat is surprisingly spacious, comprising of an open plan kitchen/diner with a wood burner (logs are supplied) The bedroom area has a king size bed with feather mattress topper and a smart tv on the wall which has Netflix and all the usual channels. There is strong Wi-Fi. The bedroom area can be separated from the kitchen area with double curtains.

The wet room is at the back of the Boat and has a shower, loo and basin. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided as well as fresh milk, orange juice, a bottle of Prosecco, crisps and biscuits along with bath robes and crocs for getting to and from the hot tub!

Outside there is a large table and chairs and separate seating areas in the wood - in the summer months there are two double hammocks slung between the trees for you to enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book and a cold glass of something! There is a large gas barbecue and a fire pit with a plentiful supply of logs.

The private hot tub affords you unspoilt views of the countryside and is totally secluded - the perfect place to relax, unwind, star gaze and forget the stresses of everyday life!

Other things to note
There is also a tennis court on site which guests can use with the owner’s permission.

We are situated in a very peaceful, rural location. The historic market village of Hingham is just 5 minutes drive away and has a very well stocked co-op, an excellent butcher, Boots pharmacy, a greengrocer, a lovely coffee shop, a newsagents and a takeaway!
