The space
Restored with a lot of love and attention to detail, authentic stone walls and wood treated with special bio-oils, original solutions and spaces will create a unique sense of belonging and atmosphere that combines the old with the luxury of modern times.
The house has a private entrance and the drinking/tap water is fully cleaned with a state of the art triple filtering system that allows our guests to get the freshest water flow.

Where you’ll be

Chepelare, Smolyan, Bulgaria

Chepelare is a wonderful city both in summer and winter. Surrounded by woodland, rivers and lush meadows, rich in herbs and mushrooms. There are 4 tennis courts, a ski slope with a four-seater lift just 1 km from our house, wonderful playgrounds (some with fitness facilities), and places for city walks and jogging.
You can also take advantage of bike routes, zip lines and Pamporovo's "Adventure park", which is only 10 km away from the city.
There is a large and well-stocked supermarket right next to the house where you can shop until 10:30 pm.
Chepelare is a well-established and respected resort center that will meet all your requirements for good cuisine, with its many restaurants and dishes usually made with local dairy products and mushrooms, both prepared in traditional and street style.
The people of the city are extremely kind and friendly which helps to create a warm atmosphere surrounding the city.
During the summer there are organized events such as concerts, festivals and many more activities that you can partake in.
P.S. - In the winter you can buy a whole day ski card for all facilities in Chepelare and Pamporovo which gives you access to a shuttle that rides between the two resorts (Chepelare & Pamporovo) every 30 minutes during the day.
