*Regular housekeeping will be performed, at least once a week or as needed. Linens will be replaced once a week for stays longer than one week. Please be reminded that the unit is not a hotel as such cannot compete in the services a full pledge hotel can offer. However the best service available will always be offered.
* THE UNIT CAN ACCOMODATE 3 ADULTS HOWEVER A FAMILY OF FOUR WITH YOUNG CHILDREN WILL BE ACCEPTABLE

For the guests who have not request for a discount rates, we will provide a complimentary cleaning schedule such as changing of linens, towels and etc.
For the guest who have wish to have a discount rates, I will be offering 5% discount for who will stay more than 7 days.
Please provide me with your preferred check-in and check-out times and I will see if this is possible. While I offer flexible check-in/check-out times, kindly ensure your request is reasonable enough.
Conveniently and centrally located in the heart of Makati. The Central Business District, International and Domestic Airport (approx 6 miles or 10 kms) is a short cab ride from the unit. Walking distance or short taxi away from dining spots and nightlife along Makati Avenue, Jupiter Street and Greenbelt-Glorietta area.
House Rules:
I don't really like rules, I just want you to enjoy yourselves. Treat my place with the same respect as you would your own home. My only request, is that you do not smoke inside the room. You can use the balcony and ashtray provided, please make sure you roll up the blinds before you open the balcony.
Please switch off lights & air-conditioning when leaving the room and electric stove after use. Only registered guests will be allowed entry into the building.
Check-in time after 2:00 PM
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM
We will need a copy of your identification, valid ID or passport prior to your arrival, details will be provided to the building administration for registration.
As a new Rule, from now on, we will be collecting Three Thousand (3,000) pesos as a security deposit due to so many missing and unreturned access card which will be charge to us by the accounting and property management office once the said card is not surrendered. Which means we cannot process a new card for our new incoming guest unless we pay again three thousand pesos for a new card to be issued.
This security deposit of Three thousand is refundable upon check out.
