"La Casita" is a modern, air-conditioned two-story living space with a kitchen, living room, upstairs bedroom and balcony, outdoor sitting pool, and tropically landscaped yard. The apartment is only a150 meter walk to the beach for those looking for a convenient location, private setting, with easy access to the center of Puerto Jimenez (3-minute car ride) and many other nearby beach and rainforest activities. The area, referred to by locals as Pueblo Viejo, Barrio Gaviotas, or Gringolandia, is well known as a quiet, convenient neighborhood for those looking to base their visit to the Osa close to the center of Puerto Jimenez, but still surrounded by tropical vegetation and wildlife.
