The space
Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a queen-size bed and the third with a 3-bed bunk. In the patio you will find the Jacuzzi spa area with 30 hydrojets and BBQ.

The house is one story and has ample parking right in front. LED lights throughout the house, smart digital air conditioning. Do not worry about keys we use entrances with digital codes.

Guest access
The access is completely independent, the parking lot is for 3 cars and is right in front of the entrance of the house.

You can access all sides of the house except the patio storage deposit

The neighborhood is quiet, very neat, modern and safe. The beach is only 6 minutes away by car.

Other things to note
Right next to the main entrance you find a large trunk with the luxury beach kit. If you use electric car just let us know what brand to leave you the specific adapter to recharge without any additional cost. You do NOT need to bring towels here you have for the bathroom and the beach.
