The village is very special and it's absolutely stunning. For more info on Cotignac, see: (URL HIDDEN) or go to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) (URL HIDDEN) for lots of photos of the village and the surrounding areas.
You'll need a car or at least someone to bring you to the village. If you stay in the village you won't need transport. You can walk everywhere.
Kids welcome. Security/damage deposit of 100 euros taken upon arrival (cash only please) and returned after property check on departure date.

Interaction with guests
10-15 mins for a "tour" of house and otherwise only if/when necessary.
Other things to note
You can perch in front of the house with your car to load and unload. Best to come with small or medium sized vehicles as the streets are narrow, typical of villages in rural France.
