This property is situated on a canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak or boat to the springs in under 5 minutes. 2 brand new kayaks included
This is a new construction home, so everything is in good working order. Brand new AC, metal roof, kitchen, appliances, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a view of the canal. There is also a full sized childrens crib that can be turned into a toddler bed.

Great spot! House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We launched our kayaks from the backyard and caught a bass in the river. House is also nearby all the marinas so perfect location if you're boating. Also a nice big balcony overlooking the canal great for…
