At the crossroads of Upper Britain, in the country of Brocéliande.
Within the « Gîtes Les Fleuries », this nice duplex apartment of 1st and 2nd floor, called the Epilobe, is located in a country house in bauge (raw earth) of 1756. It has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime..., which brings a quality of well-being, a cocoon feeling.
The whole place (old farmhouse) is being rehabilitated in cottages (3), nature spirit, in respect of the old building.
The space
The accommodation with a capacity of 6 people includes :
- a large fitted kitchen, oven, induction hob, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster...,
- a laundry room with washing machine and clothes rack, a separate toilet,
- a large living room of 40 sqm, with board games, books, two sofa beds of 90x200.
On the second floor :
- a bathroom, walk-in shower, hair dryer
- a separate toilet,
- a room with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200,
- a room with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200, preceded by an office area, by this room one accesses to a third room with two beds 90x200, convertible into king size.
We therefore have the possibility of 3 double beds, divisible into 6 single beds according to your wishes.
Beware of the heads ! The bedrooms are attic and beams of the framework cross over the beds. The doors are also of small height (1m60 +/-).
The interior staircase is very old and must be taken gently.
Baby bed, bathtub, high chair, stair gate, etc... available.
On arrival, you will find the necessary to make you tea, coffee, chocolate, as well as rice, pasta, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar . Toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, garbage bags, soap, laundry are also provided for an early stay.
Extra charge for bed linens (organic cotton) of 10 euros per bed and 5 euros for bath linens (2 gloves, a towel, a shower sheet) per person.
Brand new bedding.
Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to do the cleaning, the cleaning fee is 100 euros per stay.
Heating in pellet stove and electric convectors. In the price is included two bags of pellets per day, and 15 Kwh per day. The extra bag of pellets is charged 5 euros. The extra Kwh is charged 0.15 euros, depending on the meter the apartment.
A deposit check of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure if no damage is found.
Wifi access. Bauge houses have thick walls and sometimes let the network pass randomly.
The cottage is non-smoking, pets are not allowed.
It is requested to remove his shoes in the apartment which is entirely in chestnut parquet.
No parties, no parties.

The garden, in motion, wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for cottages, but everyone can find their intimate space in the many corners.
Garden lounges, garden tables and chairs, barbecue, bike shelters, and parking are at your disposal.
The " Gîtes Les Fleuries " welcome you all year round.
