The apartment contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms with sunny open-planned lounge, dining and TV area plus 2 sunny balconies. Fully equipped kitchen.

Denhams Beach is at the back door. Alternatively, enjoy a spectacular cliff top walk to Surf Beach and Wimpy Beach.

A supermarket, chemist, bottle shop and restaurants are just a 2-minute drive.

There are no additional charges other than Airbnb regular charges.

The space
There are two car secure parking spots in the complex. Also an outdoor shower to wash after your swim. Enjoy the view of dolphins at play from one of the two sunny balconies.
Bedroom 1 has its own ensuite and walk in robe and bedroom 2 has direct access to the balcony either 2 single beds or one single. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. You will find a well equipped kitchen with most often used condiments. Washing and drying is not a problem with modern washer and dryer.
Wifi and Foxtel are also provided at no extra charge.
There is no additional charge for cleaning but we do ask that you leave the apartment as you find it. However, if you require cleaning we offer a fee of $80.

Edgewood is your perfect holiday or short stay accommodation option at Batemans Bay’s most prestigious beachside location just a 10-minute drive from the CBD. This is a new listing and is a rare find in a beachside suburb not normally offering short term rental. The apartment is ideal for couples, family, or business visitors to the Bay.

Edgewood is a superb large and sunny open-plan apartment with magnificent beach and ocean views from every room across Denhams Beach to the Tollgate Islands.

This ground level apartment contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and sunny open-planned lounge, dining and TV areas. Two extra large balconies tracks the sun through the morning and afternoon. Main balcony is furnished with outdoor dining, lounge chairs and a modern BBQ.

Edgewood is a small and quiet apartment complex with secure off-street entry plus secured 2-car underground parking.

Denhams Beach is a short 2-minute stroll from the back door. Alternately you might like to turn right onto the spectacular cliff top walk to Surf Beach and Wimpy Beach.

A shopping centre containing a supermarket, restaurants, a medical centre, chemist and bottle shop is just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute easy walk away.

Your hosts, Kim and Roz will meet you when you arrive and provide you with any assistance or information you require to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Linen, bathroom and beach towels are all provided free of charge. There are no additional charges other than AirBnB’s standard administrative charge. However you are requested to leave the apartment in the same condition you found it. You will not be charged for cleaning unless you request to utilize the $70 cleaning fee.

Please ensure that no sand is brought into the apartment after enjoying the beach. There is an outdoor tap and shower situated outside the beachside entry to the apartment.
