The service was excellent and the apartment was as advertised; very nice. It is a short walk to the. metro so was convenient for travel, particularly to the train stations as it is located on the same line as Gare du Nord, Gare d'Est, Montparnasse, with easy connections to RER B to CDG airport.

I really enjoyed the place, it was super clean, comfortable and cozy. The bed was amazing (main room), nice decent bathrooms and quiet because it is inside a courtyard. The area around it is mixed but safe. There are two metro stations near (2-3 blocks), plenty stores and cafes too. The street of the apt is not the prettiest but once you are inside the apr its perfect. Everything (wifi, hot water, tv, kitchen, coffee machine) worked perfectly.

Meeting with Amal from SweetInn was fast and easy--she was able to accommodate our early check-in which we really appreciated. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four with plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. We thought that the price was extremely reasonable. The neighborhood is fairly central (convenient to the Metro and a reasonable walk to both Montmartre and the Louvre). There is some noise at night from other rooms in the building, but the street itself is quiet.

This experience was a bit of a mixed bag, but ultimately one of my less favourable AirBNB experiences. I'll start with the good: The beds are fantastically comfortable, the shower superb, and the neighbourhood is conveniently central. And now the bad: This flat is managed by a third party agency and I was in contact with three people leading up to and during my stay. Responsiveness varied between quick to non-existent. We arrived at 18:00 after a long day of travel and I was looking forward to relaxing and getting a little bit of work done before dinner. The maid was still cleaning when we got there. The agent told us that she'd only be another 10 minutes, but she didn't actually finish for an hour, including much vacuuming. There was only one key provided for two guests in a two bedroom flat. I asked if we could get a second and was told they didn't think so, but would try. I never heard back from them on the matter. For the duration of the stay, we could not get the wifi to work. In text conversations I was given various alternatives that did not work. They then sent someone over while I was away to look into it and a note was left giving me instructions (a repeat of guidance I'd already been provided and hadn't worked ). We tried on two phones and two computers and it just did not work. After a day of this, I gave up.

This place was great overall. It's extremely close to the metro and there are many, many places to eat and buy groceries nearby - less than 3 mins walk! The place was a tad small for 5 and there are 2 bedrooms, so if you're in a group of 5 (2, 2 and 1) then there's only privacy for 2 of the 3 groups, but that is a very minimal issue. We really enjoyed the modern look and we would definitely recommend it to any of our family and friends.

This was a perfect apartment. Everything was brand new and very clean, just as advertised. Paul arranged a gardienne to hand over the keys. The only downside was the fact that the internet wasn't working. I would recommend this apartment to all.
