Stunning, great energy house with 100 square mile views of the entire Salt Lake valley. Easy access to downtown Salt Lake in 10 mins, Park City in 20, Snowbird/Alta in 20, grocery stores and Millcreek Canyon. Hiking trail leaves right from our back yard. You'd have to take care of our cats, and this is our home not an established rental so the closets and drawers aren't empty. We only rent it out when we're out of town. Great savings though as we'd price it at $250 a night otherwise.
The views are incredible, the house super nice, note this is our home, it is not set up like a hotel with empty cabinets and closets etc. so it will not be for everyone, the cats are indoor/outdoor (no litter box except in winter), an exotic breed, and pure entertainment.
Note, you must be fit to stay here, as you must walk up our driveway (70 feet long, 25% grade) to enter the house (no driving up the driveway, we've had problems with that).
We do not have cable, but we do have great wireless internet.
The whole house except the garage.
Interaction with guests
We will not be here when the house is rented. We only rent when the house is vacant.
Cat lovers only.
My husband and I are professionals with no kids. Two cats. We're very athletic (kiteboarding, skiing, climbing, snowboarding, and Kristen owns a flying trapeze school) and are also artists aside from our professions. Kirk is a large scale metal artist for Burning Man and Kristen is writing a book for Harper Collins called "My Love Affair with Fear."
