This charming self catering home for six forms part of a beautiful barn conversion in a small rural village near Ingleton on the borders of The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales and The Bowland Forest.
Take your morning drink outside and enjoy sitting in the fresh air; the enclosed lawned garden with views over the countryside to Ingleborough is large and is shared with the neighbouring property. Make use of the picnic benches and dine alfresco. There is ample off-road parking.

The space
Head inside this charming home and make your way to the kitchen/diner, equipped with a built-in gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and dining table seating six. Next door, in the spacious lounge, a roaring wood burner keeps the chills at bay and the TV is great for lazy evenings in. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs, there’s a brilliantly spacious family bedroom which has a double bed and two single beds - great if you have little ones travelling with you. High, sloping ceilings and Velux windows make it feel bright and airy. The next bedroom is a double bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams. Rise and shine and freshen up in the family shower room with WC, and enjoy warming your toes on the underfloor heating, which flows throughout.

Guest access
For a waterside wander past impressive falls, make the 5-mile trip to Ingleton to begin the Ingleton Waterfall Trail, a lovely 4.5-mile circular route between two gushing rivers. Further afield, venture into the Lake District and visit Lake Windermere (25 miles) for more waterside adventures. Board a boat and take to the water or hire your own and make a splash. A 7-mile trip will take you to the fascinating White Scar Cave, a great destination to entertain guests of all ages.
