We offer a 120 m2 house located on the Route des Gorges de l 'Ardèche, quiet in the countryside, on the heights of Bourg Saint Andéol.
The house is fully equipped, it includes a large living room of 60 m2 on the ground floor with kitchen and central island, a TV area with corner sofa.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker with pods, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge...

Couple with 2 teenagers aged 18 and 16. We love to travel, walk in nature, and enjoy every moment. Opening a gite is a dream. We built this house in 2007, we lived there for ten years then we made our new house a few steps from the cottage. We hope that you will enjoy discovering our beautiful Ardèche.
