A typical Sighnaghi family home, but newly renovated. Each room has high ceilings and wooden floors, with a simple but clean en-suite private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and dining area, and gorgeous views of the town of Sighnaghi, Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains. The gardens are full of various fruits and behind is a small private forest.

The space
The house is located near the main bus station of Sighnaghi, but on the edge by a large forest, away from any noise and disturbance. Close enough to walk into the centre of town, to the museum, bars and restaurants. Upon arriving at the home, you’ll walk through the beautiful garden, surrounded by plants and grape vines and up a short set of stairs. Arriving in the shared area, there are windows with impressive views of the town, Valley and Mountains. A shared kitchen and dining area is available, the perfect place to drink a morning tea or coffee and admire the sights!

Each room is newly renovated, with light pastel colours, custom large beds, new mattresses and private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms feature high ceilings, real wood floors and thick curtains, giving both light and space to the room, but a feeling of coziness and warmth.

With a large forest behind, and views looking over the town and mountains, we are on the edge of the Small town of Sighnaghi, but close enough to walk into the centre within 10 minutes. There is private parking available for guests arriving by car.

We are available at all times for our guests, as we live only next door. We will be available to meet in the centre of town and guide you to the home and welcome you. The host, Tamriko and her Husband Gia, work at the esteemed Pheasant’s Tears Restaurant and winery, as Manager and Head Chef respectively. We are able to guide you there and make bookings for you. We are also able to offer airport transfers and guided tours to other parts of Kakheti, including the sights of the Alazani valley. Gia, as a reknowned chef, is also available to offer special breakfasts on his balcony, overlooking the beauty upon request.
