This is a wonderful and charming entire home with arched doorways and half century old wooden floors. two large bedrooms with shiplap closets hold comfortable clean beds with lots of pillows in this quiet Levelland house.

The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies.

There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.

The Mallet Event Center and South Plains College are each only a 5 minute drive away and
South Plains College. It is an easy drive to Lubbock and
Texas Tech University (about 20 min. To Lubbock city limits).

There are wonderful local restaurants. Honeycomb Pie Shop is just a few blocks away and Gayle makes mouthwatering pies daily. For breakfast, Roberto's has huge excellent breakfast burritos and the lines are always several cars long.


There is a super Walmart, a CVS and United grocery store for all the forgotten items you may need to pick up. Starbucks is inside the United.
