Guest house on property, outdoor smoking areas, and outdoor gym. Art, fun, movie-like experience with cable, over 30 movie channels, a DVD player, and a dining table for eating or working. The space
The space is quiet and centrally located in San Diego, close to North Park, a trendy, fun area for shopping and going out. Extra personal touches are always in place, making it the complete package for anyone who wants to stay without worrying about anything. Lots of art with a bright, fun feel inside and out. An outdoor gym to work out and maintain any level of fitness. Outdoor smoking area with shade and a great feel. Another fun outdoor area for games and lying out to relax in the sun. Fun in every room with random crazy items to express yourself. The home is equipped with smart features, making for an even more comfortable stay. Our internet and networking system is top-notch, with wired access points, high-speed internet, and Ubiquity equipment. Feel safe and secure with outdoor cameras that protect the entire property. I am constantly changing things to keep each stay as fun, safe, relaxing, and comfortable as possible. I'm here to help make your stay the best it can be, with suggestions, recommendations, and requests. Please don’t hesitate to ask for anything. This is a relaxing house with friendly small dogs and cats for your petting pleasure, with a separate outdoor space for your convenience.

Guest access
You will enter from the rear of the property closest to the guest house door. The lock code for the back gate to enter the property is 2121. You have a private patio for chilling. Next to that is a shared space with a hammock, a shared gym, and a shared laundry room. There is a front-yard seating area while waiting for deliveries or for any friends who might visit. Guests are allowed. Please notify us so we know who to expect in our space.

Other things to note
I do have friendly pups and super-friendly cats that roam in and out of my house, so you may run into them in my backyard if you choose to pass through to access the front yard. If you need anything, the house is very well equipped with the basics for your travel. Please feel free to ask for anything that would make your stay more comfortable, as I enjoy doing what I can to help. I always enjoy hearing suggestions and feedback. I keep the back gate locked for safety and security. Lastly, if anything at all frustrates you or you feel like you were unaware of something, please do let me know during your stay because I really do care about providing the best space possible for each guest. Having the opportunity to improve any unhappy guest's stay for any reason is something I can't thank you enough for. I appreciate you trusting me to provide a wonderful home away from home for you.
