This stunning quirky apartment, forms part of an imposing Victorian conversion, prominently positioned overlooking the picturesque Bay of Ventnor. A short walk down the hill will find you on the pebbled shore and beautiful backdrop of the Bay, surrounded by boutique restaurants, the popular Spyglass Inn and Ventnor Fisheries for freshly caught local fish and chips. Newly refurbished throughout and tastefully decorated, the Apartment is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the perfect break!

—————————————————— Within 5 minutes walk, is a bus stop with connections to Shanklin Train station that takes you to Ryde Hovercraft & Ryde Catamaran. There is also a local Co-Op and Tesco Extra convenience stores. There is a wide variety of restaurants and public houses, all within a short walk of the property.

There is an additional charge for 1 dog of 35 pounds per week

Main Entrance door opens onto communal hallway. Stairs lead up to the first floor with front door into the Apartment.

With Panoramic views over Ventnor Bay, the bay window is draped with luxury curtains framing the stunning view.
The living area offers comfortable seating to enjoy relaxing after a long day at the beach or exploring the Island. The perfect place to dine is from the perfectly positioned dining area, in the Bay Window of the room, looking out across to Sea watching the boats passing.

The modern fitted kitchen has everything you need for your stay, such as a built in cooker and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster.

The Main bedroom has an Ornate double wooden bed, high ceilings and lovely bay window with a dressing table and wardrobe. Bedside cabinets.

The second bedroom has a 4 foot bed with wardrobe, high ceilings.

There is a shower room with hand basin. There is a separate WC with an unusual hand basin, in the design of a giant clam shell.

Parking is via the surrounding streets on a first come first serve basis. Alternatively you can utilise one of the local council car parks (additional charges may apply).

Coffee shops, Italian Restaurants, the Met Bar, Antique shops, Ventnors Victorian Seaside town attracts visitors year after year. Its beautiful bay has attracted many well know celebrities in recent years because of its beauty. The nearby Ventnor Botanical Gardens offer lushious tropical greenery which you can enjoy a visit to and enjoy a stop of in the café there. The Royal Hotel is very popular for High Tea (booking in advance is recommended).

Steephill Cove is also within reach, with its perfectly placed cafe offering beautiful views of the bay.

Shanklin Old Village, with its pretty thatched pubs is a bus journey or short drive away.
