NOTE: Pahrump is a rural area and are some farm animals in the neighborhood but not on the property!

My RV is good for just short time or long term here in Pahrump. Base camp to Death Valley, Front Sight, Mountain Falls Golf Course,
Pahrump Valley Winery (FREE wine tastings) a 24hr Walmart SuperCenter and Casinos in center of the town! Nearby gas station, My Thai Restaurant and a Laundromat.

There will be 2 RVs on the property. This listing is for RV1- please make sure you review the photo of the RV before entering as lock box number is only valid for this RV. You will have your own private parking spot.

This listing property sits in 1.25 acre lot with a double wide manufactured home placed in front and 2 rvs (camper trailers) in the back. All 3 units are listed in short term rental platform. Please DO NOT DISTURB other units. If you need anything, message and I will respond back quickly.

Noise levels are to be kept generally low.

Quiet Hours are between
9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of the property.
