If you are looking for a ‘home from home’ get away, then “The Nook” is the perfect choice. A comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe, sleeping up to 4, adjoined to the main house at the end of a quiet culdesac. Ideal for a small family, couple or single person. A separate front door and access to a private patio area. Close to the New Forest, Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester.
Free off-street parking on driveway.
Keys available with a passcode.
No smoking on premises inside or out.

The space
“The Nook” is a ‘tucked away’ spacious and homely Annexe with one double bedroom with en-suite wet room. A separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A long hallway into a large sitting room with dining area and sofa bed, looking out onto a beautiful outside space. The outdoor courtyard with patio seating area is surrounded by the main house’s large garden with woodland views beyond. Free parking space for one car on driveway.

Also available in the main house is a treatment room - Natural Soul Therapies - Holistic Massage and Reflexology. A 60 minute treatment is £45 - to book please message Karen via messages prior to your stay at your earliest convenience as it gets booked up.

“The Nook” has its own front door with a key safe so any guest can arrive anytime letting themselves in independently.
The patio area for guests is partitioned with a partial view of the garden belonging to the main house. We ask that the main garden is not used by guests. Owners of the main house may use the main garden at times during your stay. Please respect their privacy as they will yours. Thank you.

Other things to note
A professional deep clean of the property will be carried out prior to every booking. Cleaning fee £25-45 depending on length of stay.
A cat called ‘Stardust’ and a Cavapoo called ‘Alfie’ live in the main house. They do not go in ‘The Nook’ but you may see them out and about.
In the main house adjacent to the Nook, there is a massage and reflexology treatment room run by Karen. Treatments are available for Nook guests - please book prior to your visit via airbnb messages. 60 minute bespoke treatment is £45.

The Nook is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac within one of the most sought after roads in the area.
A 5 minute walk to two supermarkets, two pubs, fish and chips, a large Chinese restaurant and take away, cafe, chemist, hairdressers, bank and a 24 hour petrol station. There is also another petrol station close by which has an M&S shop within it.

I have been a primary school teacher for over 30 years and am currently a link tutor, training student teachers at Winchester University. I also run a successful business called ‘Natural Soul Therapies’ working as a massage therapist and reflexologist. The treatment room is nextdoor to The Nook and treatments are available for all Nook guests. We have one adult daughter, a Cavapoo called Alfie and a cat called Stardust.
