P. Morgan-Chase. AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE AND TRAVELING NURSES AS DISCOUNTS ARE OFFERED FOR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY STAYS. We are 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington's business district, Amtrak/Septa train station, bus terminal, and Christiana Care Wilmington Hospitals.

Parking in front of our home works well! We live on a extra wide road, so there is plenty of room for parking!!
Our neighborhood is a nice and safe place to go for a stroll or power walk. It provides side-walks, which are important to us, for our guests safety. Also, there is a beautiful park, hiking trails, library, tennis courts, outdoor track, and basketball courts one half mile away.
