Welcome to our quiet, rustic country life on the farm with ethical farming practices involving animals, fruit and a working clay studio.

We are located in the heart of the Geographe wine region and adventure trails of the bibbulmun .There are bike tracks close by for cyclists plus walking tracks

Outback Trails in Collie offer horse riding adventures.

It is easy to access all that the Southwest has to offer from our Farmstay or just enjoy quiet walks on our farm.

The space
This is a cosy, clean comfortable space surrounded by the rolling hills of the Brookhampton valley.

We are closed during the summer months (December-April )due to water restrictions as we rely on rainwater only and need it for our animals as well as ourselves
Plus there is also a serious fire risk during this time
We look forward to hosting you in the cooler months :)

Guest access
It is a self contained bedsit that has everything you need for a few days of quiet
R&R.

Other things to note
We live upstairs so sometimes you can hear us moving about but we are a quiet couple with one adult daughter who lives with us.
We have three dogs of our own who are always contained & who are harmless but due to this we cannot allow visitors to bring their pets.
We only provide a microwave for cooking -atm -nothing else
The foldout couch is really only suitable for young children -it is not that comfortable for adults.
There are restaurants & eating houses close by if you want to eat out
There is also a laundromat in the local township (9kms away) which is located opposite the IGA supermarket if you need to do washing

NB :
We will
only accept short-stay bookings from permanent Western Australian residents at this time until COVID19 does not pose a health threat to us or our customers

On a more positive note we offer experiences for children (5yrs & upwards) & adults in working with clay from our well appointed studio(Extra charges will apply for this)

I love living in the country and have done so my whole life.I emigrated to Australia from New Zealand in 1996 with my husband and five children, they are all adults now and we are very proud grandparents to a bunch of wonderful grandchildren. Im hardworking, honest, creative and quiet.I love animals especially horses and Im passionate about working with clay -creating timeless pieces using traditional methods of firing & glazing.
