Brand new construction home with Adirondack rustic accents. Private location and with in an eyeshot of Fern Lake and beautiful sand. There is also an outdoor sportsman/recreational club within a 1/4 mile of this location. Plenty of trails for riding ATV’s/UTV’s. Additional information available upon request. It is centrally located in the high peaks and access to unlimited local trails for hiking and biking. There is also access to fishing and boating on Fern Lake.
