Historic one hundred and twenty year old home in Old Town Fort Collins. One mile to Old Town square. Right across the street from CSU...If you were any closer you would be in a dorm. The home has two shared bathrooms.

We are really about four blocks from just about anything you would want in Fort Collins. We are very close to some commercial businesses i.e Post Chicken, so there may be some noise and since College Ave is one block away, you can hear the traffic from there also, there is a train that runs through town several times a day...early mornings and night with horns sounding. So, if you want to hear crickets chirp this might not be right for you. Please note that the house is 120 years old...you may see the occasional mouse...old houses have lots of cracks and spaces. It's not for lack of cleanliness, it just happens.

I am the past president of the Fort Collins Cycling club and I have organized a women's training and riding group called L.O.B.A.'s Ladies Only Bicycle Association.

Since becoming a host for Airbnb, I have found a new passion. I love keeping the house ready for new guests and looking for special touches to make your stay feel homey and comfortable.

I love meeting new people as they pass through town or on their journey to relocate here. Of course I know that I am not the reason folks are here, so many times I don't meet my guests and just give them lot's of privacy. What ever your needs are, I can be flexible and accommodating.

The home is an official "Boarding House" there are SEVEN rooms which all share the use of two bathrooms. Guests are encouraged to limit bathroom times and each room has a full sized mirror for grooming, makeup application and hair styling. If I am around, I live next door I would love to meet you and get you acquainted with our town.
