A bright, spacious apartment in a quiet, off-road site in the very centre of Perth close to all amenities.

It has a well-equipped kitchen and Sonos sound system and a double sofa bed for occasional use. There is a good sized shower room but no bath.

Perth is a small but perfectly formed city with several music venues, a theatre and a variety of high quality restaurants. It makes an ideal base for exploring Perthshire and beyond, with direct rail and bus links to all other Scottish cities.

I’m now retired but my last job was an IT Manager in the NHS. I started my career as a teacher then moved into IT when it took off in the mid nineties. I live with my wonderful partner Diane and spend my free time playing (when she lets me). Just joking, I love going for scenic walks in Perthshire, camping, mountain biking and motorcycling (when I don’t break bones) and lots of other things. I’m trying to improve my Spanish towards fluency as I love the language, the people, their attitude and the country. Being a host for me is about opening up our spare home to fellow travellers and often they become friends, which is a great measure of our success at this.
