Cozy, cottage-like retreat setting with smaller rooms but sizable living spaces. Surrounded by lush, green, comforting trees in a Mayberry like neighborhood. Florida room looks out into a natural backyard with two rocking chairs for a peaceful morning waking or time of fellowship as dusk eases into the surroundings. Front porch and rooms are furnished with classic pieces and adequate bathrooms. Located only 3 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium with easy highway access to parking areas.

3 Bedrooms (1 California King; 2 Full Size Beds). 3 Bathrooms (full shower/tub, commode and sink areas); Office and Music rooms that can accommodate sleeping bags or air mattress. Front Den with TV. Kitchen and dining area. Florida room. Open backyard.

Guest access
No Smoking in the home. All rooms are open for access. No closets are accessible. Hooks over the doors for hanging clothes and suit case stands/tables available in each bedroom. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking items to be used in the home and not to be carried outside the home. Gas oven, stove top. Dishwasher available. Garage has very limited access.
