Welcome to Little Paradise!

Our guest house is located in Mesochori, one of the oldest villages of southern Peloponesse where tradition is still alive and time is irrelevant. It's a place of serenity where you can relax, get inspired and meditate


The sounds of nature, the ocean and the views, the accommodation, the natural pool, the tree house - it's all here to make you feel like you have a second home where you truly belong

The space
Little Paradise is an exeptionally traditional greek house decorated and furnished with pieces that have been kept and restored from the begining of the century.

The guesthouse is one of our two listings on the property, shared spaces like the pool and the patio are accessible from both sides.


A natural infinity pool sits on the edge of the patio and the tree house rests on a very big and old Oak tree with a panoramic view of the southern gulf of the Peloponnese

Guest access
Guests have full access to the property, use the cistern and patio, the bbq area and all the shared spaces

Other things to note
● Little Paradise guesthouse is a private home next to our second Airbnb listing. The cistern, patio and stone dining table are the only shared spaces between guests.

● IMPORTANT NOTE: Even though the cistern is shared with potential guests next door, you will always have time to enjoy it for yourself, it almost never gets too crowded :) Like every traditional cistern you won't find crystal clear water or chemicals, and the water can be cloudy and have algae or leaves in it. Even though we use PH- regulator and sand filter every week the cistern is not a typical crystal clear hotel looking pool, but it is safe to swim and dive as the water comes from the spring and every day it gets refreshed!

● Scuba diving from a certified PADI instructor at the most beautiful locations and shipwrecks of the bay.

● You will probably get to meet the rest of the family of Little Paradise, Cookie and Pip our two cats. You can pet them and give them all the love but please in any case do NOT let them in the house, and make sure you don't leave your food unattended.

● The cistern is filtered every week and is open from the 1st of June until
the end of September. Harry, will be doing a clean every third day but feel free to use the net if you see any leaves!

● Living in nature also means that during your stay you might come across bees or crickets and other beautiful creatures that live around the house.

● Quiet hours are from 10 pm till 8am

● The keys will be in the lockbox and the password for the wifi is "littleparadise"

● If you want to use the wood burner you have 3 options:

1) You will need to either buy fire lighters, kindle and wood from the supermarket

2) We provide a crate of wood and kindle and fire lighters for 13 euro (ask us before youf stay)

3) Collect your own wood from your hike for free. You might need a lot but wood hunting can be a fun experience

We provide you with a handsaw and axe.
You usually need a crate per day if not more, depends how long you want to keep the fire going.

● If our co host is available, we could provide laundry service, 10 euro per cycle for approximately 7kg of clothes.


● Before your check out it would be really nice if you could throw the garbage and leave the house as clean as possible. Most guests leave the house in a great condition and that is very much appreciated!

● The boiler works with a solar panel so 90% of the time the water is hot, but in case it's cloudly and the water is luke warm you can turn on the switch on the electrical board for 30 minutes maximum and have boiling hot water and always remember to turn the switch off.
