The space
Two story, urban townhouse in a small complex in the most vibrant neighborhood in Austin. 5 blocks from South Congress-SOCO. 1 well- furnished bedroom, 1.5 bath with a large, lounge like balcony off living area. High speed WiFi, YouTube streaming TV, fully equipped chef's kitchen, contemporary loft furnishings, limited off street parking. 10 minute walk to South Congress, walking distance to local bars/clubs, restaurants, and boutiques including the Continental Club (a SXSW venue), Joe's Coffee, Hotel San Jose, Guerro's, Home Slice Pizza, Amy's Ice Cream, Hop Doddy Burgers, Vespaio/Enoteca,South Congress Cafe,Allen's Boots and the South Congress food trailers. HEB Grocery is less than one mile and Farm to Market is close by for provisions. The heart of Downtown (6th and Congress) is less than 2 miles or a 25 minute walk, 5 min cab ride or 10 minute bus ride. Local bus service is a few blocks from the condo and a quick trip to most SXSW venues (note: cabs will be needed for late night). Airport is a 12 minute drive. Lady Bird Lake, 5 min drive or close walk for hiking, running, and biking trails.Public transportation nearby, pedi cab accessible. Concerts for ACL/SXSW are within 10-20 minutes walk. This is a beautiful condo property that is in the heart of 78704, most progressive zip code in Austin. Property is well maintained and boasts a historic 300 year old Live Oak. Great Austin neighborhood, music, coffee and food nearby.

Bedroom has Queen size Sterns and Foster mattress, Dwell linens, LED TV. Bath has fully tiled tub/shower.

High speed Wifi, full size LG washer/dryer. Everything is well kept, stocked and impeccably clean. Location is what makes this property a great home base for Austin events like ACL, SXSW and F1.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE...
This property is for the exclusive enjoyment of paying guests only. No one other than paying guests are allowed on the premises without prior approval of homeowner. The minimum age for this property is 25.

There is an additional fee $95 per person per night for any additional guests with a maximum of 2.

MID TERM STAYS:

For stays longer than 14 days there is a $95 cleaning fee. Unit will be cleaned every 14 days for all mid- terms stays.

The energy of the South Congress area is the best this city has to offer. There are many new restaurants, shops and iconic shops 6 blocks from my place.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located outside of the entryway and garage.

I moved to Austin 2002. I wanted to buy a place and make it mine. Ended up finding a freshly -built, new condo in the best urban location Austin has to offer. Have been customizing it since the day I moved in. I'm a design professional who had traveled abroad extensively so I get what makes for a great place to stay when traveling. I've traveled extensively to South America, lived abroad for most of the 90's and know Mexico City, Paris and Florence pretty well.I love urban gardens, creating inviting interior spaces and discovering places that have that indescribable quality that makes them magic to be in. Travelers need this and I hope you find it at my Austin place. I've been crafting it one square foot at a time with the hope of making it a special place to stay.
