The place we stayed in was good, Adar is a great guy and very hospitable. Make sure to check the WiFi for any place you stay - being a tourist and business traveler, WiFi was important and ours failed us in multiple critical moments.

The host and his staff members are very friendly and he speaks English well. He always puts much emphasis on the pleasure of customers. There were some problems for our room at the beginning, but finally, the host arranged us a better and larger apartment for us and we are satisfied with it very much.

Adar was incredibly hospitable, he and the other staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. He arranged a driver from the airport and met us at the hotel. After some time to chat and have tea and turkish delights he walked us around and showed us a few of his favorite places as well as the nearest metro. If we ever needed anything he was just a text away! He even took us to his families restaurant and showed us a few traditional desserts. It was a pleasure to have met Adar, I am thankful to have had him as a host. The apartment was cleaned everyday and was as we expected, however don't be alarmed by the music playing in the morning hours from the local schools and mosques - this is normal! This apartment is a good option if you are hoping to experience a local neighborhood and turkish hospitality!

The apartment is very convenience, nice & clean. From the apartment, we were able to walk to most of the major attractions. If you don't want to walk, there is also a nearby metro station as an option. Other than being provided with wifi, breakfast, fresh towel & cleaner, the surroundings has easily allowed us to go & get what we want e.g. food, shops, historic places/wall, etc and its safe as well. As for the host, Adar has been very nice to us. He has arranged to meet us, show us the place and the surroundings when we 1st arrived. The best host i've met so far.. Thanks a lot Adar for the hospitality... Highly recommend!

Adar is THE best host you will come across. Also his staff is very friendly and helpful. Talk about turkish hospitality. :) The place is in a very good location and all the sights and shops, markets are in walking distance. We also got breakfast included and there are fresh towels and someone comes to clean the flat so you don't need to worry. All in all if you are looking for a place to stay for your next trip to Istanbul. Look no further. :)

If it's the perfect location you are looking for, look no further. The apartment is located in Fatih, on walking distance of almost all the major sights and about 10-15 minutes from the two important subway lines. Whenever we visit a city for a short citytrip we tend to spend as little time as possible in an apartment and see as much of the city as we can. So for us, location is key, as well as price. The apartment delivers good value for the price. It's a basic apartment, with a bathroom and two beds inside an apartment-rental building. To our surprise it has a cleaning service (the room gets cleaned every day, a big plus) and we got complementary breakfast, that is shared with the hotel/apartments next door. So the service was excellent too. Adar is a really nice person. You immediately feel like family. He showed us the direct neighbourhood, the important sights that were within a few minutes walk and a special shop where they have a very unique drink. It's always busy there, it's the only place in Istanbul that sells it, so it's part of a special experience visiting Istanbul. We would never had found it without him. All and all, if it's an ideal location for little money you are looking for, I'd recommend this apartment. The apartment itself is simple and clean and good for a good night rest.

Thank you Marcel. This area is amazing. I am so happy you liked it. This apartment is right next to the old Justinian walls built in 300AD and the Aquaduct of Valens. It is stunning and so symbolic of this old city who stood the test of time for 1200 years and are still intact!!! Yes, the place is a great location, because of Sulaymeniye Mosque, Fatih mosque with in easy walking distance. The tram is right at your feet. The neighbourhood is quaint and hidden, a local gem of an area, a real treat that most tourists never find. Adar

Hi, I have lived and worked in Istanbul for 15 years in tourism. I have worked in the hotel, transfer and tour business. Having my own business is what I enjoy most. I have worked as hotel managers, restaurant manager and also in the textile business. I am pleased to offer apartments and options for visitors to Istanbul to enable them to enjoy their stay in Turkey as part of my growing accommodations business.

My hospitality and genuine approach to visitors is right up there with the best of Turkish hospitality. You will not be disappointed. I enjoy making sure my customers are comfortable, feel secure and have everything they need to make their stay relaxing.

I am happy to offer an introductory explaination and orientation of the area. Thank you and
looking forward to seeing you.
