dear Anna, thank you for your time to write detailed review. i'm really sorry that you had some issues during your stay , so please let me clarify some things : - villa cleanliness ; the villa have regular cleaning lady coming to clean it even when there are no bookings, i did ordered the cleaning lady to clean the villa thoroughly just before you came but unfortunately she didn't do what she's been told perhaps its because I was not around. the solution at that time was, i told my assistant to clean the villa even though it was not his job description. As for now i fired the cleaning lady and have a new one. - stain on shower glass ; the water in the area have quite some calcium/chalk deposits and the villa already have water filtration in place, even so still can not 100% remove the calcium. therefore anytime you use the shower it will leave a calcium stain mark on the glass especially and its very hard to remove without any chemical solutions. - wifi not working : once i knew the wifi not working, i called the telco company that responsible for fixing the issue but the problem was its weekend and national holiday (Xmas) and they don't have any available technician to send. so to overcome the issue i bought you and 2 of your friend a local number SIM card with 4G data so not only only you can surf the net but you can keep contact each other during your stay in bali. FYI the cost of those 3 data sim cards were more expensive than the villas monthly internet bill but i didn't ask you extra cost for it. - water didn't work ; the problem with this was because my pool guy forget to close one of the tap after he filled the pool so water keep running out, but as i remember it was only happened twice and i sent someone to it fixed immediately and no problem afterwards I did offer you a full refund deducted by the night you had spent after your third night since i don't want to ruin your holiday with the issues but you refused it even though i knew that if you accept the refund, i will lose money since i can't get a new renter within that period. I did my best to make your X'mas & year end holiday great,and once again i'm really sorry that you have those issues. regards Alex
