Modern high-end appartment with eye-catching views, located near Tromsø Centrum in a quiet cul-de-sac, directly next to a park. The park is an excellent area to see the northern lights from the urban area and features a barbecue hut. If you prefer to enjoy the views from the inside, the appartment offers a good sea view, alongside views over the city centrum, the Arctic Cathedral, and the cable car.

The space
The 65 square meters (699 square feet) large apartment has a private entrance, two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a private bathroom. The apartment is equipped with contemporary and comfortable furniture. There is free high speed WIFI.

The living room has large panoramic windows next to a sitting area with coffee table. In the living room there is also a refrigerator, kettle, cups as well as glass. Coffee and tea are provided. There is also a 50 ”LG 4K smart TV. (No linear TV, but Netflix is installed)

Both bedrooms are equipped with large windows facing the sea, queen-size beds (152 cm x 203 cm), desks, and access to separate wardrobes.

The bathroom is complete with a rainfall shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the heart of the city. Here are food and drink offerings, as well as shopping opportunities. Every attraction in the city centrum is within walking distance. A supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance. From the airport it is 10 minutes by car.

The neighborhood is a quiet and cozy area, with mostly families living in nice wooden villas, who want to be able to stay within walking distance to the city center. There is a nice park lying right next to the apartment, with playgrounds and a barbecue hut. Within 10 minutes walking distance there is a nice smaller lake, where it is popular to see the northern lights from. Before the winter, there is a rich bird life at the lake.
