This beautifully situated homestay in the foothills of the Western Ghats (delicious Keralan meals included), is the ideal stopover for adventurous tourists travelling from Mysore to coastal Kerala or Goa.
English is not widely spoken here, and inhabitants are conservative, with a large Muslim as well as Hindu population. Guests should therefore observe local dress style and manners. Alcohol is not readily available, and should kindly not be brought to the property. This is a no-smoking property.
For their own enjoyment and that of future visitors, and for the sake of their hosts who have to go on living here, guests should kindly try to be patient with curious local children, but refrain from giving sweets, pens, or any other gifts. Cameras should be used very discreetly, and never to photograph local people without first obtaining permission.
