Located 4 miles from TIEC this apartment is perfect for equestrians or people wanting to enjoy the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains and nearby attractions. The apartment is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 king bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2 flat screen TV's, WiFi. Washer / Dryer available upon request for stays longer than 3 days.

The space
Guest will have full access to the upstairs apartment which includes open living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining area, full kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with king bed. For extended stays of more than 3 nights, access to washer and dryer will be made available upon request from guest. The garage space is not available for parking. We do allow small to medium dogs based on breed and limit number of dogs to two. Pet fee of $50 will be collected through AirBnB as separate charge.
