One Cozy one bedroom cabin located on beautiful Winnipeg River and in 15 minutes you get to downtown Kenora and the TransCanada Highway.
Fully equipped/furnished cabin, including wifi/satellite TV, all you have to bring is your personal effects.
Simple and basic style.
It is peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. The owners house and one other cabin is on the property. The cabin is in a rural area, but not secluded.
Overall laid back atmosphere in a little piece of paradise.

The space
Cozy one bedroom cabin located on the Winnipeg River. Simple, basic style not modern. Open kitchen living room.
Fully equipped/furnished cabin (dishes,utensils,bath towels, extra sheets ,blankets) all you have to bring is your personal effects and speciality items guests prefer.
The bedroom (queen bed) is separate from the main room of the cabin.
Couch is a loveseat size may not be comfortable for sleeping on due to length.
Comes with SatelliteTV, and wifi. Cell phone service providers that work in this location Bell,Tellus, Tbaytel, and Roger's.
Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hot/cold running water. Shower has two walls/sides and base that flex and is not a solid one piece fiberglass unit. It is functional and has hot water,not modern.

Safe neighbour hood. Guests can enjoy the view, sunsets, stars at night and wildlife watching.

The cabin is in a rural area on a low housing density road and is not secluded or isolated. The main road is paved and about 0.5kms on the side/entrance road is gravel.

The host's residence is beside the cabin, and there is another cabin closer to the lake which is used on the weekends.

The host's relatives live next door on the adjacent property. They have chickens, and two dogs which will bark when someone arrives. During the day and early evening there is a fair bit of activity next door which can generate some noise.

Guests can walk on the roads safely.

During your stay

The host lives on the property and is available to respond to questions. Initial interaction is through text or email. When guests arrive, interaction may be in person, between 5pm-8pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
We do our best to give guests their privacy so the amount of interaction is up to the guest.

The host may not respond to messages (text/airbnb messages) after 1030 pm during the week/weekends.
