This cozy cottage was once a one room school house! It sits in a very quiet and private location one quarter acres, a quick three mile drive or bike ride from the St Lawrence River. It is nearby many of the 1000 Islands attractions, including Singer Castle, Alexandria Bay, Boldt Castle, and Black Lake. It's just minutes away from beautiful Jacques Cartier State Park.

The space
Once a one room school house, this 1800s cottage has been fully updated and renovated to be a cozy, private cottage perfect for a family of four!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage and plenty of storage.

Other things to note
We have added a new heater/air conditioner recently. We now have a fire pit in the back yard with bundles of wood available onsite for 5$ each.

The cottage is situated 1 mile from the St Lawrence River, and a short 3 mile drive or bike ride to River access. It is also located 5 miles from Black Lake, one of the best fishing lakes on the East Coast!
