It's a perect place to visit Paris, the subway station is just 2 mins walking distance. Montmartres, Opera, la tour eiffel, you can go everywhere from here. in the district it has all convenients stores, and lot of restaurants and bars. The room is not so large but confortable, for 1 person (simple bed) We share bathroom and lavatories.

The district is a new bobo district. Historicaly, it was popular district with immigrants came from world: asian, africans, indians... And all of them living and sharing same district peacefully. Now, because crasy prices of estate in paris, lot of them lived and the bobo's bought appartments arround, changing the district. you can enjoy lot of kinds of restaurants and foods here; from french traditionnal to worlds foods. amazing ! You can also enjoy parcs arround, le 104 (arts exhibition center located at 5 mins walking distance) and, of course, major places in Paris (direct acces by subway or bus). You will feel you really are in contact with real parisians citizens, and in same time you can discover the city easely ! so great !
