About this listing
A nice room in a lovely newly constructed apt. There is an adjacent patio for your use as well as a shared living room. The apt is located 100 meters from Tel Aviv's best food market. Fresh, cheap produce and some nice ethnic restaurants.
This is a new building 1 year old. Only 3 apartments in the building, 1 per floor. The neighbors are great, easygoing, established creative types (2ndfloor - theatre director, 3d floor-composer and his family). Relaxed.
Outside patio, Kitchen and Living room free for your use. There is also a storage room for your suitcases. Cook up some fresh produce from tel aviv's amazing market only 1.5 minutes walk away.
Interaction with guests
I would love to help any way I can. I will always be available for questions, orientation, directions and a short tour of the lovely food market.
The Market! The Restaurants! The neighborhood feel! This neighborhood is unique as it is a fascinating mix of old timers and new comers. The neighborhood is for the young at heart as it is not your fancy neighborhood but it has a soul and the apartment is probably one of the nicer ones in this neighborhood.
Public transit is very close as is the Tel Aviv Central station, Hagana Railway Station and buses going to the centre of town and straight to the beach.
Smoking is allowed on the patio outside only. My home is yours so please treat it as such. I do not own pets. Small parties/dinner guests possible - in moderation.
