Our home is located in the historic Near South Neighborhood, with tree lined streets, and wonderful neighbors. Lots of windows, a queen bed and you have private access to a full bath. Parks, the Lincoln Zoo, the Sunken Gardens, Russ' Market, and the Lincoln StarTran bus line are all within walking distance. Downtown Lincoln is 1.5 miles, the Haymarket less than 2 miles, and Memorial Stadium 2.1 miles away. It's a great location: you can reach nearly any part of Lincoln by car in 15 minutes.

The space
Guests have use of a queen sized bed, a desk, a dresser, a relaxing upholstered chair, and closet space. The Blue Room is located on the second floor of our home, so guests will need to navigate stairs. Our Master bedroom is down the hall, but guests have private use of the full bathroom next to the bedroom.

My husband Dave and I love to travel and have so enjoyed staying as guests with Airbnb over the years. When we moved back to Lincoln, we purchased our home with hosting in mind! We live on site with our college aged son, and host 2 guest rooms—each with Queen sized beds, desks, and access to private full bathrooms.
