The space

Spectacular London views from large roof terrace, this is a 2 bed, 2 bath (1 ensuite) penthouse apartment, 10 mins walk to Shoreditch Broadway market, 25 to Liverpool St/City & Columbia Rd flowermarket, 200m from tube (Haggerston).

Triple aspect, perched on the top floor with light, space and a large terrace that all rooms open onto, this feels more like a pavilion in the sky than a flat. London is fun.. and chaotic! - coming home to tranquil vistas and a whole lot of sky really allows you to experience the best of the city. There are great views from canary wharf to the BT tower ( & a glimpse of St. Paul's sandwiched between two barbican towers) - a great space day and night with constantly changing views. The flat is only 12 months old, so everything is tip top with a smart heating system, cosy in winter and large sliding glass doors for summer evenings.

The flat is well served by local East London line station haggerston taking you into Central London and likewise numerous bus routes passing on kingsland road. There is even a Boris bike/ street bike rental outside the development entrance on Hertford rd.

Both myself, my partner and flat mate will be away during the xmas period so interaction will be minimal though our friendly neighbour will be there to welcome you and check you in. Interaction from ourselves will be limited but we will be available on mobile and email. We have also prepared a handy manual for the flat with everything from wi-fi to local restaurant recommendations.

A vibrant east London neighbourhood with great bars, restaurants and a thriving saturday market all within a short walk. The canalside location is super quiet and picturesque with canal boats and the noise of duck quacks!


4 mins walk from the nearest tube/ subway station (Haggerston) it is well served by several buses to central London. It is also well located for scenic canalside walks further west to Islington (20 mins), Kings Cross and Camden (45 mins) or east to London Fields and Broadway Market (12 mins), Victoria Park (20-25 mins). There are rental pay as you go bikes on Hertford Road outside the courtyard entrance.

Le voisin de tom est très sympa il nous a très bien accueilli et nous a aidé à nous installer. L'appartement est très bien pour 4 personnes, l'été on profite totalement de sa magnifique terrasse bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur le quartier. L'hiver c'est différent surtout si le chauffage n'est pas réglé correctement
