The space

Cozy 3 beds split-level flat newly decorated on the second and top floor of the building with lift. There is no lounge, however the rooms are big and so as the kitchen, big enough to sit down and have a nice dinner.

The room can host 2 guests, exposed south so lot of natural light and has laminated floor and comes with double bed (anti allergen mattress), massive wardrobe, bed side table, chest of draws, desk, desk chair, harm chair, lamps, alarm clock, speakers, mirror, bedding and a 32 inch tv.

Fresh towels are provided upon request.

Guest access

- Eat-in kitchen (fully equipped incl. washing machine, cutlery and a NESPRESSO coffee machine!), big enough to sit down and share a glass of wine, dinner or a chat in a genuine home atmosphere. Washing up liquid is provided.
- 1 bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Toilet paper and hand-wash are provided.
- UNLIMITED WIFI broadband internet

Interaction with guests

Sociable, relax about mostly everything but also tidy and clean. Like a laugh, having peoples over and the basic stuffs (parties/movies/series/silly documentaries, music). Always up for a good time out or at home.

The neighbourhood

The flat is on Buxton Street which go straight to the middle of the vibrant Brick Lane, heart of London fashionable East End (lovely Sunday market). Advantage of the proximity without the noise! Just moments from the financial heart of the City, excellent access to Central London, it’s within 10min from the centre of Shoreditch. The surrounding is residential with a City Farm, parks such as Allen Gardens, the closest from Brick Lane! Or you can go to Weavers Fileds park or enjoy the prettiest park in London: Victoria park and its canal.

Few steps away from the Box Park (the world first pop-up mall), The well known flower Columbia rd Mkt and its old fashion Victorian shops, Spitafield Mkt and number of local amenities, supermarket (huge Sainsbury’s) and bus stops.

Many Universities easily reachable such as London Met, Queen Mary, Marangoni, UEA, LSE, UCL, LBSF, UAL, Goldsmith, Kings, UEL, City, CBS, Westminster, CSM, SAE, LCC, SOAS, LCF, South Bank, Imperial.

Getting around

-10 min Shoreditch High Street/Bethnal green (Overground/Central)

Stansted Express/National Express Bus departs from Bethnal Green and Liverpool St so also easy to get to the Airport and around UK.
